English edition of the Revista Española de Defensa Number 12
The training received by the Ukrainian military in Spain, within the European Union Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM-Ukraine), is the cover story of number 12 of the English edition of the Revista Española de Defensa. It reports on the training given to them in Toledo and other Spanish cities to enable them in basic combat techniques and in other more specialized areas, such as handling Leopard 2A4 tanks.
This issue contains an extensive interview with Major General Aroldo Lázaro Sáenz, who has completed his first year at the helm of the UN mission in Lebanon. In another interview, the head of the Spanish contingent in EUTM-Somalia explains the situation of this EU mission in the African country.
