The activity of the Headquarters for Strategic Level Operations (ES-OHQ), of the EUNAVFOR Somalia -Operation Atalanta misión against piracy at the Indian Ocean, established since 2018 at the Rota naval base, is the cover story of issue 11 of the English edition of the Revista Española de Defensa that includes an interview with Vice Admiral José María Núñez Torrente, commander of Atalanta.
