As the Embassy of Spain did several occasions in the past, the Embassy of Austria organized this day to promote its Defense Industry. The next Industry Day Spain-USA will be held next April 4th 2017 in Madrid.
On October 6, the Defense Cooperation Attaché, Colonel Angel Rodríguez, and the Assistant Defense Cooperation Attaché, LT Coronel Francisco Nunez, attended the Industry Day at the Embassy of Austria in Washington D.C. During this time they had the opportunity to discuss about Austrian and Spanish Defense industries with the Director General of Armament of the Austria's Ministry of Defense, General Norbert Gehart, and the President of the International Division of the Defense Industry Association (NDIA), Mr Wayne Fujito, with AFINARWAS and his Austrian counterpart in the photo, among other attendees.
