On the morning of June 26 in the cemetery of Santa Maria Magdalena de Pazzi, in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico, the Cooperation Defense Attaché of the Embassy of Spain in the US, along with the General Consul of Spain in Puerto Rico, Mr. Tomás Rodríguez-Pantoja, and family offered, in a simple ceremony a wreath to the sailors and soldiers killed in the war in Cuba.
The Attaché is the grandson of Puerto Rican Spanish.
